Passport Room does not publish purchased, incentivised or invented testimonials. This page explains exactly how feedback about the tool reaches the people who build it, and how you can leave your own.

Leaving a review inside the app

The photo maker has a built-in review form. After you use the tool, the app may invite you to rate it and leave a comment — the form does not ask for your name, because your display name comes from your optional visitor profile, and no account is required to submit. Reviews are stored in the project's own backend for the team to read. You can also decline the invitation; the tool works fully without it.

What we do with feedback

Every review and support mail is read by the team. Feedback about broken exports, awkward crops or a country preset that needs a tweak goes into the same queue as our own bug reports; suggestions shape the AI roadmap. We do not edit, curate or republish reviews as marketing copy, and we do not offer anything in exchange for a positive rating.

A note on honesty

You will not find star ratings, awards or customer counts claimed anywhere on this site, because a young project has no basis for them and invented numbers are exactly the kind of thing that makes photo tools untrustworthy. What you can verify yourself instead: open the passport photo maker, check that it runs without an account, export a photo and confirm there is no watermark. FAQ

Where do the reviews on this site come from?

From visitors who choose to use the in-app review form. We do not buy, import or fabricate reviews, and nothing on the site is presented as a customer testimonial unless a visitor actually wrote it.

Do I need an account to leave a review?

No. The review form works without signing in. Accepting cookies enables the optional visitor profile that provides your display name; you can also use the tool and its review form with cookies declined.

Can I ask for a new country size preset?

Yes — that is one of the most useful kinds of feedback. Send the country or form name and the required dimensions, ideally from the official guidance page, and it joins the request queue.
