What to include

For a bug report, tell us your browser and operating system, the country preset you were using, and what happened versus what you expected. Please do not attach the photo itself — we do not need it and we would rather not have it.

Common reasons people write

A passport or visa size we do not have a preset for yet.
A cut-out, crop or enhance result that looks wrong.
Printing at the wrong physical size from the print sheet.
Privacy or data questions — see the privacy policy.
Press, partnership or advertising enquiries.
